Who You Are

We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer who is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and maintainable applications. You should have a solid background in Django, experience with blockchain technologies, and familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS. Your role will require both technical prowess and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

As a Full Stack Developer with Blockchain Expertise at HexErgy, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the core functionalities of our platform. You will work closely with our frontend team to ensure seamless integration and a robust, scalable backend infrastructure and the innovations functions integration the blockchain. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and optimizing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Designing, implementing, and managing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
• Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate backend and blockchain components.
• Managing our AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ensuring the security and scalability of the application.
• Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the backend and blockchain components.

Your Profile
• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on Django.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with its ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, smart contracts, and related frameworks.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
