Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individual to join KaizenHotels as a Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Oversee sales strategies and processes to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and business opportunities.
- Manage the CRM system to ensure effective client engagement and retention.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts and engage with potential investors.
- Manage the company's sales funnel
- Foster a company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- 10+ years of expertise in digital marketing, lead acquisition, and sales.
- Proven experience in start-ups, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems.
