We believe that the future of eCommerce will increasingly be conversational and within messaging apps.
TextYess aims to build the leading SaaS to enable brands to sell within messaging apps, integrating customer care with AI, marketing automation and payments.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a Business Development Representative Intern.
You'll partner with our CEO (Riccardo) and Head of Sales (Ilaria). Your main goal is to generate as many meetings as possible with qualified merchants to demo TextYess to.
You generate opportunities (meetings), and Ilaria or Riccardo turn opportunities into paying merchants.
At TextYess you will do the following:
• Prospecting: identify target eCommerce businesses to approach + identify decision makers within the target companies.
• Reach-out: use channels such as LinkedIn, cold email, or cold call to contact prospects to generate demo calls (you must be obsessed with the number of demos scheduled with merchants).
• Analysis: every week, you must to analyze the various data at each step of the funnel, identify the bottleneck, and iterate the outbound process to consistently increase the conversion rate from interactions to meetings booked.

• You are fluent in Italian (the main language you will use) and English.
Duration:
6 months with the purpose of employment.
Location:
Full-Remote.
Salary:
800€ net/month.
