TextYess is a B2B SaaS platform that enables eCommerce stores to sell on WhatsApp.

We believe that the future of eCommerce will increasingly be conversational and within messaging apps.

TextYess aims to build the leading SaaS to enable brands to sell within messaging apps, integrating customer care with AI, marketing automation and payments.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for our first Account Executive.

Your main job is to generate business opportunities (demo calls) and turn merchants who do demo calls into paying merchants. You'll partner with our CEO (Riccardo), Head of Sales (Ilaria) and a BDR.

At TextYess you will do the following:
• Generate pipeline: you must create a lead generation machine based on outbound channels (e.g., cold messages on LinkedIn, emails, calls) and execute everything firsthand. You will have a BDR reporting to you who will assist you in performing all necessary activities to fill our calendars with demo calls with qualified merchants.
• Convert pipeline (demo calls) into paying merchants: Once the demo calls with merchants are generated, you must convert these calls into paying merchants, managing the sales and onboarding process. Growing ARR should be your obsession.

About you:
• You have 2-5 years of experience in sales within B2B SaaS or with eCommerce providers.
• You are fluent in Italian (the main language you will use) and English.
• You love the startup environment: you get excited about the idea of working in an early-stage startup that is shaping the way people buy online.
• You are resilient: facing rejections and being ignored doesn't stop you; you keep pushing forward.
• You aim to win: treating company goals as personal challenges and striving to overperform.
• You excel at selling: listening to people and offering solutions to their problems.
• You communicate effectively: writing emails/LinkedIn messages and making cold calls with potential TextYess merchants.
• You seek responsibility: wanting to set and achieve impactful goals with the freedom to experiment.

What we offer:
• Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €30K to €45K.

• Full-Remote: You can work from wherever you desire. Occasionally, we meet in person in Milan or Berlin.
