Job Overview: We are seeking experienced leadership coaches to join MantraCare as contractors. As a featured coach on our MantraCoach platform, you will provide impactful coaching in leadership development, guiding individuals and teams to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive organizational success. This role is ideal for coaches who excel in empowering leaders to navigate complexities, inspire teams, and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct personalized coaching sessions focused on leadership development.
• Develop tailored coaching strategies to address the unique leadership challenges and goals of each client.
• Facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops to foster leadership growth and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the MantraCare team to ensure client satisfaction and coaching effectiveness.
• Utilize the MantraCoach platform for session management and client communication.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership coaching.
• Accredited certification from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF, EMCC) specializing in leadership.
• Strong understanding of leadership principles and corporate dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering effective leadership development programs.
