Requirements –
• Sufficient communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software products.
• Experience working in a team, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Business fluency in English.
• Fluency in another support language.
• Availability to relocate and reside in Greece (required for remote work).

Responsibilities –
• Analyze customer inquiries and ask analytic questions.
• Use tools & your training to assist and solve product issues.
• Log cases, interactions, and feedback in internal systems.
• Occasional ad-hoc tasks like content moderation and translation.
• Stay up to date with the client’s products & services.
• Attend on-going training sessions.

Schedule & Leave –
• 21 Days of annual leave + 12 bank holidays a year.
• Up to 30 extra paid leave days if attending public Greek universities.

In addition to a good level of English, we are seeking fluency in either:

European languages: French, Italiana, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic, Flemish, Gaelic, Hungarian, Finnish, Estonian, Maltese, Latvian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Croatian, Czech, Polish, Romanian, Slovak.

Asia languages: Japanese, Korean, Chinese/Cantonese/Mandarin, Hebrew, Kazakh.

We are urgently scouting speakers of East Asia languages, reach out if you are fluent in one to discuss further incentives and relocation arrangements.
