Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative transitioning from commission-based to fixed pay. The role involves inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Inside Sales and Sales skills
• Lead Generation and Business Development skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in sales or related fields
• Ability to adapt to a fixed pay structure
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of UX design principles is a plus
