We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to lead our European sales efforts. Develop, convert, and close high-value leads and drive installations of the Neatleaf SPYDER system. The ideal candidate will have a strong rolodex of CEA operators in the Region, be a team player, have a knack for creative approaches and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• All sales activities and processes that generate new business and deepen existing relationships within assigned Region
• Define a sales strategy for our products in Europe
• Obtain, allocate and adjust operations resources to achieve sales and service goals
• Widen our sales pipeline in Europe
• Help marketing and public relations efforts in Europe
• Identify and engage with potential channel partners

Requirements
• 10+ years of professional experience in sales and/or business development
• Experience building a sales pipeline, evaluating pricing models, creating sales strategies, and establishing channel partnerships
• Experience working with CRMs and structured processes
• Previous exposure to marketing and public relations efforts
• Experience growing and leading a team
• Experience operating in international markets
