Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Business Coach at captainofmyship. The Life Coach will be responsible for marketing, coaching, training, and personal development to help individuals unlock their full potential and become the captain of their own lives.

Must Have Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Five or more years of professional experience
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and empathy.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and development
• Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback
• Proven track record of achieving results and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to manage business units independently and run its operations.
Good to Have Qualifications
The ideal candidate may possess:
• Training and Personal Development experience
• Experience in B2B, B2C marketing and sales
