Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals with deep knowledge and experience in their specific industry, who can leverage their expertise to identify and develop potential target companies, to join Mergerin’s expansion in Italy. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in business development, networking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. It offers an excellent opportunity for experienced entrepreneurs or those running their own consulting companies to expand their service offerings, or for those considering starting a consulting career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize your industry expertise and Mergerin strategies to identify potential target companies, applying thorough analysis to pinpoint opportunities for growth and transformation within them.
• Develop tailored strategies based on industry insights and implement transformation initiatives within the Mergerin framework, ensuring alignment with the goal of preparing businesses for successful sales.
• Play a pivotal role in the Mergerin exit team sales process as an advisor who possesses comprehensive knowledge about the target company.

• Compensation structured around a regular monthly fee for your services, agreed upon with the target companies once they are secured, complemented by significant bonuses tied to the successful sale of these companies and dividends from the target companies.

Important Note:

Please note that this position is commission-based and not a regular salaried role. Your income will be derived from the fees you negotiate with the target companies you bring on board and successfully work with, as well as significant bonuses from successful sales and dividends of target companies.
