Responsibilities
• Source and engage qualified candidates for various roles in consumer services
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and suitability
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs
• Work closely with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to their requirements
• Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media for effective sourcing
• Create and present candidate profiles to clients effectively
• Guide and provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
