YUXME, the online electronic invoicing platform of the the IT division of the Soluzione Tasse group of companies quoted in the Stock Exchange, has opened the selection process to recruit a SENIOR FRONT END Tech Lead, to join our team and contributing to the ongoing development of our core projects.As a front-end developer, you'll be responsible for developing the client-side part of our web applications. You will work closely with our design and back-end teams to translate business needs and customer requirements into highly functional, interactive, and appealing web experiences.
We are seeking a tech-savvy professional with a strong interest in the latest web technologies and a desire to blend usability with clean, efficient design. Your expertise will help shape intuitive and seamless user experiences that drive our business forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop well-structured, testable, and efficient code using best practices in software development.
• Integrate back-end data and services to ensure seamless functionality across the platform
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the vision is accurately implemented.
• Address both technical and design requirements throughout the development process.
• Maintain comprehensive and clear software documentation.
• Work closely with fellow developers, designers, and product owners to identify and implement new features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continually improve the development process.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Front-end Developer
• Expert proficiency in HTML/CSS, including responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility, CSS preprocessors, and frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript skills, with expertise in concepts like asynchronous programming, ES6+, and closures
• A strong understanding of web application security, session management, and modern development practices
• Hands-on experience with build tools and bundlers (e.g., vite, webpack)
• Familiarity with relational databases, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and general web application development
• Excellent analytical and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
• Team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Italian and English is required
• Strong experience as a TECH LEAD
Nice to have:
• Experience with Docker and containerisation is highly valued
• Good knowledge of Node.js and its ecosystem
• Knowledge of .NET 6 is a significant plus
