Italian speaking Pre-Sales Representative

Join our fast-growing company as a Italian speaking Pre-Sales Representative with English B2 level and Italian C1 level language skills. You will provide your services to our Client to support booking appointments to dentists, doing follow-up calls to Clients.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: flexible, 5 days per week working and 2 days off (will be determined 1 week in advance; 8 working hours + 1 hour for lunch).

Your Responsibilities:
• Follow-up calls with leads with the aim of booking a doctor's appointment;
• Calls to customers who canceled an appointment to re-book;
• Manage the database of customers in the CRM (Salesforce and Natterbox);
• Perform any additional administrative tasks;
• Additional tasks upon CS Team Lead request, such as answering emails & chats and calls;
• Report to senior management.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:
• Experience in Sales/Pre-sales support at least 1 year;
• Italian C1 level (fluent writing and speaking);
• English B2 level;
• Knowledge of medical terms in Italian and English, particularly in dentist sphere (braces, aligners etc)
• Experience with calls;
• Problem-resolution skills;
• Ability to work in a stressful situation, skills of active listening and attention to detail;
• Respect to the Customers, focus on helping ability, empathy;
• Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
• Advanced PC user;
• Experience with CRMs (Salesforce or similar would be a plus).
