Role Overview

The R&D PM Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the administration of R&D financed projects in collaboration with the Programme Manager.

This position requires a unique blend of administrative coordination, resource planning, and internal management skills.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
Job Responsibilities
• Support the Programme Manager in administrative tasks related to R&D financed projects.
• Collaborate with technical and financial colleagues to analyze project budgets and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Manage planning and claim processes for resources related to R&D projects.
• Analyze actual versus planned data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
