Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Italy Payroll Specialist to join our team at JR Italy. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll processes, including hirings/terminations/payroll changes, T&A system updates, absences, and payroll controls. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and English, with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities.
• Prepare payments and reports.
• Cooperate with the internal payroll team.
• Resolve payroll issues and questions.
• Support year-end tasks, audits, and payroll projects.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Italy payroll supported with relevant experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of ADP Celergo payroll platform is an advantage.
• Ability to work remotely, learn quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
• Team player.
