Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Field Project Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Field Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated customer-centric brand plans to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.
You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure excellent customer experience and translate customer needs into new cross-functional projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Italian market and be able to develop and implement value-added solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding the real-life customer flow and collaborating with the franchise team to unlock the full potential of the market
• Exploring, proposing, and ensuring the implementation of value-added solutions for customers
• Leading the entire process of gathering and analyzing local customer/competitor information
• Collaborating with brand managers and the medical department in the development and maintenance of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Participating in the definition of the integrated project plans in terms of investments and relevant activities
