About the Role

Tn Italy is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Team Leader to join our dynamic team in order to support our ambitious expansion plan all across Italy.

This role involves managing our local IT Helpdesk team, ensuring smooth IT daily operations, and providing excellent support to our stores and administrative functions.

The successful candidate will have:
• A proven track record in a similar Helpdesk or IT support role, preferably within Retail/GDO companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent level of written and spoken Italian.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel for work throughout Italy, including multi-day trips.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing the IT Helpdesk team to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Providing excellent support to our stores and administrative functions.
• Acting as Incident and Problem Manager during major IT operational issues.
• Ensuring timely error search and corrections and maintaining clear communication during disturbances.
• Maintaining relevant operational IT documentation, especially for JYSK store systems.
• Optimizing store use of Store Applications, focusing on automation and reducing repetitive tasks.
• Collaborating effectively with internal and external partners to resolve team motivated staff and clear communication of policies and responsibilities.
